Because of it, it has implemented several actions of social well-being among which are major:

• Integral programs of qualification, directed to the workers’ spouses where they are taught diverse crafts, as well as important aspects related to health, hygiene and family education.
• Continuous improvement in the infrastructure of the houses of the workers.
• Annual monitoring of the health status of its workers and implementation of occupational health.

In the same way, there is a continuous impulse towards the development of the neighboring communities, exhorting them to achieve their goals and to improve their quality of life through the following actions:

• Sponsoring programs like “Mathematics for all” in COORDINATION WITH THE Instituto Apoyo. This program has benefited a total of 10,480 children in the departments of Puno and Ica.
• Execution of ”Useful Vacations” during the months of January to March, directed to children of school age in Antauta and Pisco. It is a program to reinforce academic knowledge, communication, sport activities, drawing, painting, as well as manners and behavior.
• Help with equipment and heavy machinery for the construction of public works: bridges, drainage and maintenance of roads. The relationship of Minsur SA with its workers and neighboring communities are founded on the value of respect to human dignity, their traditions and the environment.
